This generator produces a pulsating, weak high-tension of approx. 1000 Volt from a operating voltage of 9 - 12VDC (battery). For electrically operated fences for small animals, as thief-protection etc.
The animal (burglar) must touch the two high voltage wires at the same time to induce an electric shock.
