1024x 8-Bits UV Erasable PROM DIP-24 Wide Type MM2708

The MM2708 is a high speed 8192 UV erasable and electrically re-programmable EPROM ideally suited for applications where fast turn-around and pattern experimentation are important requirements. The MM2708 is packaged in a 24-pin dual-in-line package with transparent lid. The transparent lid allows the user to expose the chip to ultraviolet light to erase the bit pattern. A new pattern can then be written into the device by following the programming procedure.

Supply voltage: 12.5 & -5 volts
Programming voltage: 25 to 27 volts
Access speed: 450nS
Memory organization: 1024 x 8 bits
