Description Our LR21 standard soldering iron is of universal application in the electronics sector with its 50 W power rating and very wide range of bits (ET range). An integrated platinum temperature sensor and a particularly powerful 24 V heater element provide excellent dynamic temperature behaviour. The integrated equipotential bonding wire (pin 5) can be used to avoid potential differences in the working area. By this means the soldering iron bit can be equipotentially bonded as required via the supply unit. The anti-static version of the soldering iron (handle and cord) complies with requirements for electrostatic sensitive device safety.
